We recommend wearing whatever clothing you feel most comfortable moving in! Flat shoes for lifting weights are preferred but not a must. Bring your bottle of water to stay hydrated!

Your session time has been reserved for you. If you know you cannot make your session ahead of time, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before to avoid being charged.

We provide 1 on 1 private sessions so that you can safely lift weights. Semi-private sessions will be coming soon!

Most private health insurers will have the option to include exercise physiology in your cover! We recommend double checking with them to find out if you do and how much.

Medicare will cover $61.80 of your session on the Chronic Disease Management Plan. This plan entitles you to up to 5 sessions with an allied health professional allocated by your GP.
