Strength By Women is a women's Exercise Physiology Clinic. No memberships, no shared gym floor.

Just you and your Exercise Physiologist, by appointment, in a studio for one.

Every program runs as a defined course of clinical care. You start with a 60 minute initial consultation, your Exercise Physiologist writes your protocol, and you work through a 10 session program over five or ten weeks.

We focus.

On global movements: squats, presses, deadlifts, pulls.

For what is working and what needs work. Then we build.

Corrective exercises, functional movement, and strength work.
