We created a third space.
At SBW, accredited Exercise Physiologists deliver evidence-based, individually tailored programs in a premium private studio designed exclusively for women.
Your protocol adapts to your life stage, your body, and your evolution because your training should be as sophisticated as the woman doing it.

Strength By Women exclusively provides private, 1:1 exercise sessions, ensuring each exercise has purpose, is appropriately progressed and you have the time and space to learn optimal technique.

When you arrive at our clinic, please take a seat and get comfortable
Before your consultation
You’ll learn how to effectively engage your pelvic floor and core muscles, then you’ll be taken through strength-based exercises for assessment.
The results of your assessment will be used to create an exercise program focusing on combining areas that require further strengthening (rehab) with strength training.
During your consultation
You’ll secure a weekly session time slot.
You can download the app called “PhysiApp” where your exercise physiologist will upload your 4-week program. This program gets tweaked after each session as you learn more exercises.
Your program gets updated every 4 weeks as you progress and become stronger.
After your consultation
We encourage you to listen to your body & share with your exercise physiologist how you are finding your exercise sessions and whether you feel you need to take it easier or push harder.
We would also love to hear your thoughts on how we can improve and make an excellent experience at Strength By Women.
