    Learn how to safely lift weights focusing on technique, how much to push and how much to rest.

    Follow a progressive program created for your unique body.

    All the Details:

    ✅ 1:1 Private exercise session supervised by an exercise physiologist

    ✅ 1 day per week, 60 minute sessions

    ✅ 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions at 60-80% intensity

    ✅ Exercises: learn to squat, deadlift, various rows, presses and how to engage the core and pelvic floor

  • Bone Density Program

    Our bone density program is designed with LIFTMOR research protocols which showed increases in bone density and lean mass with high intensity strength training & jump training in post-menopausal women with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

    All the Details:

    ✅ Private 1:1 exercise sessions supervised by an exercise physiologist

    ✅ 2 days per week, 40 minute sessions

    ✅ 4-5 sets of 5 repetitions with 80-85% intensity

    ✅ Exercises: deadlifts, overhead presses, back squats, and jumping chin-ups with drop landings

    ✅ A full exercise program

    Please note there is a phase-in stage to safely ease into the above intensities.

  • Pregnancy & Post-partum Recovery Program

    Pregnancy program:
    Exercise for strength during your pregnancy to support your changing body, protect the pelvic floor, prepare you for labour and prepare you for feeding and holding your baby.

    Post-partum program:
    Treat your delivery as an injury, ease back into strength training while protecting the pelvic floor and being mindful of the sleepless nights during the newborn stage.

    All the Details:

    ✅ Private 1:1 exercise sessions supervised by an exercise physiologist

    ✅ 1 or 2 days per week, 40- 60 minute sessions

    ✅ A home based exercise program

    ✅ Intensity is adapted to you each week and each trimester

    ✅ Exercises: all exercises are adapted to your unique, changing body. A combination of Pilates floor work, machine weights and squats, deadlifts, various rows and presses

  • Menopause Program

    Build muscle. Build bone. Reduce visceral fat.

    Counteract the effects of hormonal shifts occurring during peri- and post-menopause with our menopause exercise program.

    All the Details:

    ✅ Private 1:1 exercise sessions supervised by an exercise physiologist

    ✅ 2 days per week, 60-40 minute sessions

    ✅ Strength training: 4-5 sets of 5 repetitions with 80-85% intensity

    ✅ High intensity interval training (HIIT): 4×4 mins 80-90% difficulty

    ✅ Exercises: squats, deadlifts, chest press, overhead press, lat pull down, various rows and core work

    ✅ A full exercise program

    We work with your physiotherapist to understand the cause of your lower back pain.
