Programs
A SHORT CLINICAL ORIENTATION
Choosing where to begin.
02
A defined course of care.
Every program at Strength By Women is structured as a 10 session protocol over five or ten weeks. You know the start point, the path, and the end point before you begin. Your Exercise Physiologist writes your program after a full clinical assessment, and updates it weekly.
01
For women, in a studio built for one.
Every session is private, one to one, in our Longueville studio. There is no shared gym floor. There is no membership to join. The room is designed for the woman in it.
03
Written by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
AEPs are allied health practitioners who specialise in clinical exercise prescription. Every program at SBW is written and progressed by one. The evidence base for menopause, bone density, and pregnancy and postpartum is specific. The clinical lane matters.
04
Claimable through Medicare, where eligible.
If you have a GP Management Plan or a Team Care Arrangement, your sessions may be partially covered by Medicare. We can discuss this in your discovery call, or you can ask your GP about a referral.
