Private 1 on 1 sessions over 5 with our specialised accredited Exercise Physiologist with experience in prenatal and postpartum care. We conduct thorough clinical evaluations to ensure exercise is safe and appropriate.
Curated Kit
Premium at-home essentials (bands, grip socks, foam roller) to keep training consistent between sessions and support recovery.
Individual Mapping
A bespoke progression plan mapped to your recovery that evolves from pregnancy through postpartum. We monitor pelvic floor function, core recovery and overall well‑being to adjust exercise intensity safely.
